About this piece
Glass & Borosilicate Ware
Glass is the clean, clear choice for the things you see every day: water and juice on the table, dals and snacks on the shelf, and leftovers you want to spot at a glance in the fridge. Borosilicate glass, a heat-resistant type used for ovenware and laboratory glass, goes a step further, handling oven baking and hot drinks within the limits shown on its label.
The Treo by Milton range covers Tumblers, Bottles, Mugs and Storage jars in both Glass and Borosilicate, Bowls in Glass, and Ovenware in Borosilicate. It suits families moving away from plastic storage, home bakers, and anyone who likes a neat, matching table. Check each piece's label for oven and microwave guidance; the full selection is on our shelves in Sullurupeta, and WhatsApp enquiries are welcome.

Questions
Before you buy
Still unsure about a size or finish? Ask us on WhatsApp — a photo of your stove or shelf helps.
What is the difference between glass and borosilicate glass?
Borosilicate glass is made to cope with heat far better than ordinary glass, which is why it is used for ovenware and hot drinks. Ordinary glass is ideal for tumblers, bowls and storage at room temperature. Even borosilicate should not face sudden temperature shocks, so follow the label.
Can I bake in the Treo by Milton borosilicate ovenware?
Yes, the Ovenware is borosilicate and is meant for oven use, but follow the temperature and usage guidance on its label. Let the dish reach room temperature before it goes into a hot oven, and do not set it straight onto a wet or cold surface afterwards.
