About this piece
Copper Water Jug
Filled in the evening and set on the dining table, a copper jug keeps drinking water within reach through the night and at the next day's meals. It is a quiet tradition in many homes, used to fill copper or steel glasses for the family, and its warm sheen suits both everyday use and the table you set for guests during festivals and family visits.
Pick a Plain finish for a classic polished look or Hammered for a dimpled, textured surface that catches the light. Both are best kept for plain water. The jug pairs naturally with our copper glasses and suits anyone setting up a copper water routine at home or looking for a practical wedding gift. Ask us on WhatsApp at +91 90807 22578, or come and see both finishes in person in Sullurupeta.

Care & use
- Keep it for plain water only; do not store juices, buttermilk or lemon water in copper.
- Empty, wash and dry the jug fully every day or two so water marks do not set.
- Polish occasionally with lemon and salt or tamarind, then rinse well.

Questions
Before you buy
Still unsure about a size or finish? Ask us on WhatsApp — a photo of your stove or shelf helps.
How often should I clean a copper water jug?
Rinse and dry it daily, and polish it every week or two. Water left standing leaves marks and copper darkens with exposure to air, so a quick rub with lemon and salt or tamarind keeps the jug bright inside and out.
Is the hammered copper jug different in use from the plain one?
No, both work the same way; the difference is only in appearance. The Hammered finish has a dimpled texture, while Plain is smooth and polished, so choose whichever suits your dining table and the other copperware you own.
